Description Lisa Cole with Robert Half is partnering with a stable organization that is looking to hire a Controller, This is a dynamic multi-entity organization seeking an experienced Controller to manage the accounting team and bring their expertise to our financial operations. Oversee all company accounts and investment portfolios
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the accounting department
Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis
Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors
Lead intercompany transactions, ensuring appropriate consolidation is maintained
Develop, implement, and maintain finance-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Requirements
.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus
Proven work experience as a Controller,
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and best practices
Solid experience in risk analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
Experience with managing intercompany transactions
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
