This is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales revenue within an assigned territory with named accounts. You will achieve this by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with Logitech’s product portfolio.This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance direct customer engagement with supporting the partner channel to exceed business goalsOur team is highly collaborative and supportive. As a key member of the team, you too thrive on building key internal and external relationships as well as exceeding sales quotas. You do this through focusing on prospecting net new customer logos and up/cross selling to existing customers; you also own high touch engagement of your account plan.Your Contribution:Be Yourself. Drive Revenue Growth: Prospect into existing and new accounts to uncover opportunities, generate pipeline, and close deals across all Logitech product lines and solutions.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans to achieve regional sales targets and priorities.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products, negotiate contracts, and deliver accurate forecasts to consistently meet or exceed quotas.

Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Inside Sales, Sales Engineering, Alliances, Channels, Distribution, and Marketing, to support new and existing opportunities.

Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at all levels of customer organizations.

Sales Execution: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including creating compelling client presentations, delivering product demos, and responding to RFPs.

Tool Proficiency: Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com), Sales Engagement Platforms, and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Forecasting: Maintain an accurate forecast as well as pipeline proficiency to meet and exceed your quota. Proficient in using CRM Tools ( salesforce.com ).

Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Unified Communications (UC), cloud solutions, and video collaboration, to position Logitech as a trusted advisor.

Converting Leads: Work with Inside Sales Team to promptly qualify leads from various sources, converting them to closed deals.

Data Driven Insights: Listen, aggregate feedback and provide customer insights relative to market trends and competitive landscape back to product management team.

Key Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

Thrives on enhancing and strengthening customer relationships.

Proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn; Sales Navigator is a plus.

Excels with SFDC (salesforce.com) to manage, update and ensure pipeline sufficiency.

Able to do hands-on solution demos, virtually and in-person with our customers.

Experience working on large RFP projects is a plus.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) and prospecting platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.

Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for building and strengthening customer relationships, with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions.

Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to contributing to a positive and inclusive culture.

Adaptability: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred SKills:

Relevant B2B sales experience.
