What You Will Do
- Performing business analysis activities, such as requirements analysis, business process modeling, and the writing and performing test cases, business rules, diagrams, and user interface specifications.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and lead requirements -elicitation workshops and evaluating feasibility.
- Articulating the key business problem and provide options for a solution.
- 7 plus years minimum of mortgage lending experience and basic regulatory and compliance knowledge, including the associated documents for a mortgage loan transaction.
- 5 plus years minimum prior experience with Mortgage Director, UniFi Pro Mortgage, or other Mortgage Loan Origination Systems in both end user and administrative functions.
- Experience in writing Business Requirements Documentation.
- Knowledge and experience with integrations for Credit Reports, Flood, Ml, Fraud, and AUS (Fannie Mae DU and Freddie Mac LPA) and other Mortgage Lending services.
- Experience and knowledge of software testing processes such as writing and performing test plans and test cases.
- Understanding the process of Troubleshooting software systems.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile and SAFe.
- Microsoft Office skills, specifically advanced skills with Excel.
- Understand XML structures and how that translates into Data Mapping requirements.
- Experience with Imaging Integrations, a plus.
- Experience with Document Prep vendors.
- Experience with Imaging Integrations, a plus.

- Experience with Loan Delivery Interfaces (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) and Secondary marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science preferred.
