Estrada Consulting Inc is looking to hire Business Solutions Analyst with the following Qualifications:
Mandatory Qualification:At least one (1) resource must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience during the last five (5)years performing activities that include understanding highly complex information; taking complex, technical information and translating it for those who have nontechnical backgrounds; creating detailed instructions for others to follow; and developing written materials that explain technical information clearly.RQ 2: At least one (1) resource must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience during the last five (5) years as part of a software development team writing documents for technical consumption such as user stories, user interface (UI), use cases, use case diagrams, mock-ups, and sequence diagrams. Desirable Qualifications (DQ)DQ 1: A minimum of one (1) resource has a degree or certificate in Journalism, English, or Communications and minimum of one (1) year experience in a technical subject, such as Web design, software development, etc.DQ 2: At least one (1) resource has a minimum of three (3) years of experience during the last five (5) years of experience understanding and implementing statutory mandates within the criminal justice system.Vacancy caducado!
