Gathering and documenting business requirements for multiple projects.
Creating process models and diagramming workflows.
Performing requirements analysis to ensure consistency and clarity.
Developing UI/UX prototypes and use cases.
Collaborating with partner departments and assisting in project management duties.
What's Needed?
Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Visio, and MS Project.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, and Planner.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to facilitate meetings and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
