The survey technician would be responsible for survey projects that include topographic surveys, boundary surveys for parcel and final maps, ALTA surveys, legal descriptions for lot line adjustments, mergers, easements, and construction staking.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
BS or AA in Survey field preferred or a minimum of (5) years' experience. Experience in topographic and boundary surveys in subdivision mapping and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys. Maintains competency in and serves as a major firm resource in the field of expertise.
