Customer Service
Customer Service Duties:
Follow up with previous clients to answer questions, Help with matchmaking, Knowledge of all other positions, Returning current calls for the day, returning emails. Go over previous member sign ups and make sure they are completed.
Singles Events:
Attend Clubs - give glow rings and prize giveaways, revieve Referrals from members, Surveys, Speed Dating, Our Website new registrations, Calling Lists. Parties
Singles Verification:
Meeting with potential clients to create profile, do videos, audios for clients. Take pictures. Go over membership options. Follow up with the client and make sure all things on the member sign up sheet are completed. You can also work from home.
