Service Side Mechanical is a leading Commercial HVAC/R service company . We service Commercial Customers throughout Florida, Georgia, Alabama and California. We are a young and growing company seeking a versatile person to support our field team and customers. HVAC experience is helpful but not required. The ideal candidate will be able to grow into a management position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Providing customer updates via phone, email and web interfaces
Scheduling Recurring and On Demand Services
Preparing and submitting Proposals
Compiling and reconciling service reports from internal and external sources
Obtaining parts details and pricing from vendors along with labor allocations from our field team for submission of customer proposals
Participation in off hours scheduling when required.
Invoicing and general record keeping
Requirements / Qualifications
HVAC experience is helpful but not required.
Experience with National Account Customer is helpful but not required.
Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Software:
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Outlook
Ability to perform detailed tasks accurately without supervision.
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast paced environment.
