High Volume construction equipment sales yard looking for data entry and inventory managers to input and organize inbound deliveries. The items being inventoried will range from vehicles, commercial trucks, trailers, heavy construction equipment, agricultural tractors, and industrial machinery, and building materials.
Applicants should be able to:
Efficiently and accurately identify details of variety of inventory types.
Provide customer service to all customers.
Take quality pictures and maintain high volume daily quota.
Ability to multi task on a daily basis and follow up on tasks without supervision.
Must be a self starter , neat and organized.
Able to conduct internet research for serial numbers, years, and expand descriptions of unique items. Provide friendly customer service.
- Communicate with other employees in a positive way.
- Comfortable with email and telephone communication.
- Data entry minimum 20 words per minute.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office Word / Suite).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle type and general types of construction equipment.
Applicants with the most knowledge of a variety of equipment types will be considered best applicants and attract a higher starting wage. This is not an equipment operating position but rater a data entry and check-in position requiring writing skills.
