Standard Account Manager Responsibilities include:
- Working with their producer to lead the process of the Renewing Commercial Business as well as assisting when needed the processing of New Business accounts.
- Remarketing renewals as needed and keeping client apprised of the process as well as providing results of the remarket.
- Working with clients on a daily basis regarding policy changes, claims and other requests as well as tracking said activities to completion.
- Utilizing agency tools including AMS360 (or similar), VA's and carrier technology to best serve clients.

- Enjoy teaching others what you have learned and always seek to expand your knowledge of the tools we use to do the job even better.
- Have 1 or more years or more of Commercial Lines experience with a CA P&C license in good standing (REQUIRED). This includes being familiar with BOPs/General Liability, Workers Compensation, E&O, D&O, etc as well as processing of these policies for renewal.
- Are focused on self-improvement that includes participation in and sometimes lead the process of improving agency procedures and efficiency.
