Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to build and lead our new marketing department from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing function, develop innovative strategies, and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for creating impactful marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute home shows, trade shows, and community events to promote our services.
Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Maintain and update the company website to ensure a user-friendly experience and accurate information.
Develop and optimize SEO strategies and digital ad campaigns to increase online visibility and lead generation.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, clients, and industry partners through adept networking.
Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Qualifications
2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction or electrician industry.
Strong understanding of social media management, website maintenance, and SEO principles.
Proven ability to organize and host events such as home shows or community gatherings.
Exceptional networking and communication skills to foster partnerships and client relationships.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus.
