We are a reputable CPA firm based in Sacramento, currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of Individual and Business income tax returns
Reconciliation of accounts and recording of journal entries as required
Preparation of payroll, sales & use, and other necessary returns
Monthly bookkeeping for business clients
Handling and responding to tax notices
Requirements (including, but not limited to):
Proficiency in Lacerte, QuickBooks, and Excel
Prior experience in similar roles is preferred
