Bookkeeping Full Charge with Payroll and Payroll Reporting
Prepare Payroll Quarterly Reports Fed and State, 1099's 1096's and W-2's
Experienced using QuickBooks - Desktop and Online
CPA firm or Accounting firm experience a strong plus
Accuracy and good with Clients
Ability to work in small office
Able to work Independent and Unsupervised
Trustworthy
Of Course - Word and Excel computer skills
Full or 3/4 or part time.
Qualifications:
Payroll and Payroll Reports and 1099's
Previous multiple years experience in bookkeeping and general accounting
Fundamental knowledge of nonprofit organizations and labor unions
Experienced with Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online
