Job Title: Warehouse Generalist - Production AssociateLocation: Roseville, CAHours: Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM - 4:45 PMSalary: $22 per hourWhat does a Warehouse Generalist do?As a Production Associate at our Roseville facility, you will play a crucial role in handling Point of Sale (POS) equipment for order fulfillment and refurbishment processes. You'll work within a fast-paced environment where meeting internal production goals and maintaining quality are paramount. This role requires both teamwork and individual contribution, with opportunities for cross-training in various processes.Key Responsibilities:
Pull client orders and assemble/kit order contents for outbound shipping.
Safely operate heavy electric equipment, such as stand-up forklifts.
Participate in project teams focused on 6S, Safety, and special events.
Engage in team-building activities to foster strong working relationships.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 6S standards.
Effectively communicate with team members and management regarding key issues.
Basic Qualifications:
1 year of experience with basic computer systems (email, Excel, Oracle a plus) and handheld accessories (scanners, printers).
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Willingness and ability to work overtime based on business needs.
Ability to read and follow instructions in English.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience in injection/download and shipping of POS units.
Level II repair of Point of Sale devices.
Technical troubleshooting skills with electronics, particularly POS devices and printers.
Results-driven with proactive planning abilities.
Previous forklift operation experience preferred.
Forward-thinking approach to work and problem-solving.
