Principal Safety Engineer

As our Principal Safety Engineer you will be an individual contributor responsible for applying knowledge of safety, to identify, analyze, and resolve safety issues.  This senior position will work hand-in-hand with stie management, mentor, and support personnel, and work to ensure overall compliance of the site.Maintain safety standards based on risk/hazard analysis to meet regulatory requirements and HSE management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and OSHA VPP).Collaborate and participate as a valued member of the site leadership team to provide HSE guidance, technical support and coordinate activities and processes.Lead and/or provide safety input for the specification, design, build and launch of new processes and procedures.Manage daily safety operations and risk mitigation for multi-division production facilitiesAttend daily safety meetings, safety walks and audits.Analyze injury and/or incident (near miss) trends and creating and/or deliver pertinent safetyCollaborate with other Bosch HSE sites and regions to improve overall performance in North America.
