Responsibilities include picking orders using paper pick sheets, operating stand-up reach lifts and sit-down forklifts
Wrapping pallets using the pallet wrapping machine, and using forklifts to load and unload trucks
Employees will be cross-trained to perform every warehouse function, ensuring a versatile workforce
Initial training of 2 - 4 weeks will be provided to ensure safety and knowledge of the warehouse operations
Experience using a computer and any warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred
Skills
Forklift operation (stand-up reach lift and sit-down forklift)
Order picking using paper pick sheets
Pallet wrapping using a pallet wrapping machine
Loading and unloading trucks with a forklift
Computer proficiency
Warehouse management system (WMS) experience
Attention to detail
Safety awareness
Ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs
Versatility in performing various warehouse tasks
