Rapidly growing, progressive retail company is looking for an in-house Architect to add to their Corporate Headquarters team. This is a newly created position and is a critical role for moving the company forward. In addition to working with internal teams at Corporate and in the Field, the Architect will also work very closely with outside municipal agencies, consultants, and developers on new builds throughout the Western

Qualifications/Skills/Software:

  • Strong experience with retail and commercial plans including design and site layout, creation of technical drawings, prototyping and permitting management, etc.
  • Knowledge of local, state building, fire and zoning codes along with code compliance in other markets in other states
  • AutoCAD latest version
  • Revit
  • Sketch-Up and/or Bluebeam desired
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited architecture program
  • 5+ years of related experience in retail/commercial development
  • Licensed in CA and ability to get licensed throughout Western United States
