Assembler 1 - 1st ShiftLocation : ROHNERT PARK, CA, United StatesJob Family : ManufacturingJob Type : RegularPosted : Jun 17, 2024Job ID : 49870Back to Search ResultsJob DescriptionApply Now >Save JobJob Saved Assembles electronic and electromechanical products such as electric motors, computers, electronic control devices, and linear motors Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, soldering, and powered screw drivers Pack finished products for shipment and label components. Correct defects. Test product to ensure conformance to specifications. Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to blueprint specifications, using instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges. Populate or modify/replace components on printed circuit board assemblies. Test functional performance. Handle all phases of structural aluminum product assembly. Operate cold saw, panel saw, drill press and tapping machine. Operate CRT to access mainframe computer to check on customer order status, inventory, etc. Understand and keep organized all paperwork dealing with customer orders Construct containers suitable for shipping the products. Standard work and ad hoc responsibilities as defined by organizational priorities and standards. Workflow determined by internal and external customer requirements. Self-motivated and the ability to re-prioritize tasks to meet organizational needs Able to wear multiple hats in a lean environment and actively contribute to organization's high-performance teamsStarting wage for this role will be $20/hour. Prior manufacturing experience is required Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
