Then this Receptionist position is the opportunity for you.What you get to do every day-Answer all in-coming phone calls, listen to the caller and transfer to the appropriate party-Handle all incoming deliveries, notify appropriate party of its arrival, give pertinent paperwork to our AP department etc.-Pull work orders due for the following month-Follow up with field technicians on missing or incomplete paperwork-Need someone efficient, excellent with details, pleasant/business appropriate on the phone, punctual etc.Requirements - Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems
Adeptness in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Interpersonal Skills
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Knowledge of customer service
Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience
Schedule Appointments experience highly preferred
Foundational knowledge in Email Correspondence
General familiarity with Microsoft Word
Deep understanding of data entry
Practical knowledge of Organizing Files
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Optimistic, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
