Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Renovation Techs to join our team. In this role, you will work in teams of two to renovate vacant apartments. You will perform a variety of tasks including basic plumbing such as changing facets and shower heads, electrical work involving the installation of ceiling fans, carpentry tasks like installing baseboards and door casings, and drywall repair including patching holes and replacing sections of drywall.Hard Skills

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Riverside, California.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is dynamic and collaborative, with work taking place on site in Riverside. All positions are 1st shift (M-F 7:45-4:30), working in teams of two to refurbish vacant apartments. The pay rate is $20-$22/hr.
