Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician I position will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all machines and equipment assigned. This role requires a high degree of responsibility, skill, knowledge, training, and experience. The position is expected to work with minimal supervision or direction to complete projects and assignments.Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, identify problems, and repair machines.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts using hand or power tools.
Support fabrication of machine components and fixtures or support the repairs and improvements of mechanical devices which support the production departments.
Perform other duties as assigned, such as fabricating, welding, milling, and lathe work.
Support the evaluation, troubleshooting, and implementation of corrective actions for complex electric controls, on both microprocessor and relay designs.
