Our team provides best-in-class operational solutions with technical knowledge and subPosition Description:The Scheduler/Planner plans, coordinates and schedules various maintenance and repair projects to ensure the continuous operation and reliable performance of the facilities, machinery, equipment, and fleet. Collaborates with other departments and divisions to manage work priorities, develop job plans, identify the necessary resources (parts, materials, supplies, skillset and personnel) to complete projects.Position Qualifications:

Oversee and reviews requests for maintenance and repair work and determines the most efficient and effective method to accomplish the work.

Organizes work to be performed: drawings, vendor manual, supplemental instructional materials, special procedures, and files appropriate material.

Collaborates with maintenance leads and supervisors to determine resource availability

Balance the workforce load.

Develop preliminary workforce schedules.

Verifies all material, information, tools and labor are available prior to scheduling.

Manage and administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including developing a metrics program to measure division efficiency and labor utilization and to produce work performance reports for management information and use.

Maintain maintenance-focused Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department.

Ability to analyze budget and/or resource variances from the baseline plan.

Advise the facility team in planning, monitoring work activities and correcting unsafe acts or conditions and in the development and review of Activity Hazard Analysis according to the Hensel Phelps SAFE program.

Conduct project safety audits and training, monitor subcontractor safety documentation, and the implementation of the Safety Management Tool.

Essential Duties:

Bachelor’s degree in, Facilities Management or Construction Management.

Six (6) years of scheduling experience on commercial construction projects, tenant improvements, facilities services or capital improvement projects and/or a combination of education and experience.

Expertise in leading software tools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, , CMMS, SmartSheets, QA/QC (Smart Inspect)

Significant knowledge of project management, construction, and facilities services

Proficiency in developing, resource loading, analyzing, and reporting on project schedules.

Understand scheduling analytics and continuous improvement strategies.

Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Method (CPM), Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and work breakdown structures (WBS) methodologies, principles, and applications.

Keen attention to detail.

Effectively organize the day and changing priorities and tasks.

Able to make quick decisions based on accurate analyses.
