Full time position available to provide housing case management services to primarily post incarcerated adults affected by substance abuse and HIV. Essential duties include intake and assessments, formulating housing/budget plans, housing and Section 8 applications, emergency housing, public benefits, and ongoing client advocacy. BA/BS in health or human/social service related field and/or prior experience a plus. Bilingual Spanish highly desirable. Please submit application and resume online.
