Please log into Workday and click on Menu or View All Apps, select the Jobs Hub app, then click the magnifying glass to Browse Jobs.Job Purpose/OverviewThe Lead Diagnostic Sales Associate (Lead DSA) will work with the department and Manager, Diagnostic Sales Associates to determine the best approach and practices to meet key business objectives and benchmarks through training in call coaching, leads, department standards, SOPs and processes, and will assist in day-to-day administrative duties for DSAs. This leader will also continue to nurture their assigned region and perform daily DSA duties, making the role a true “Player-Coach” model.Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Daily outbound calling that includes pre call planning to qualify prospects on target account list to identify customer needs and viability for new business in order to schedule meetings for Diagnostic Sales Managers in the assigned region· Update and maintain records in CRM timely and accurately· Collaborate closely with sales and marketing management to identify new account or product placement opportunities.· Once a month field day with DSM for prospect in person meetings· Demonstrate prompt follow up on all incoming sales and marketing leads in an extremely expedited manner (less than 24 hours) and qualify each prospect accurately, logging all activities and notes in the CRM· Engage with the account by sharing appropriate product information and tracking progress of all leads.· Identify and generate new business client relationships through outbound calls· Set up new accounts and understands the Antech sales process steps· Ability to hit at metric goals and day to day expectations accurately and honestly· Communicates and collaborates across the sales and marketing team, including all sales roles, customer success, and customer support with a focus on team selling and winning· Participate in enterprise initiatives and special projects· DSA focused training in platforms, onboarding, lead management and call coaching with new hire DSA associates and works collaboratively with Training team.· Works closely with the Manager, DSAs on department reporting, drives adoption of platforms and DSA tools, including Drift, Gong, Salesforce, etc., goal objectives attainment, field trends, and department feedback.· Implements an alignment of the department by cohesiveness in linear communication in processes and standard department operating procedures.· Leader for the DSA team that poses uncompromising integrity and acts in a manner that is consistent with the Five Principles of Mars· Perform administrative duties as necessary to support DSAs.· Reach 80% of 600 outbound monthly call quota.· Performs other duties as assigned.Education and Experience· Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field, or equivalent on-the-job experience.· 1+ years previous sales experience with a background in Inside or outside sales and cold calling.(if internal candidate- must be employed at Antech for at least 1 year and in good standing with the company)· Preference for veterinary industry and/or diagnostics experience· Ability to work collaboratively· Fluency in the English language· Excellent oral and written communication skills· Excellent time management and organizational skills· Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment· Highly focused with a strong desire to “hunt” new leads and cold call· Strong phone sales skills, understanding of the sales process, and the ability to make high volume outbound calls to build a prospective client list Drive to achieve goals/targets· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and PowerPointTravelOccasional Travel may be required, up to 20% of the time.Working ConditionsThe associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office or virtual environment. The associate is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.The associate will work remotely within the region with occasional travel into the region with DSM. The associate will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, database management, email, video conferencing and the Internet. The associate is frequently required to use a calculator; fax, copy machine, and phone system.
