You will help us maintain and extend the Oracle brand across our portfolio of Global Events: conceptualize, create, and build out our brand assets, illustrations, photography, videos, and style guides.

You will review and consult with teams across Oracle to make sure content is on brand.

You will develop creative to support across touchpoints: virtual and physical events, merchandise

You will collaborate closely with our partners in product, marketing, and insights to understand our customers and imagine creative

You will learn, grow, and be challenged.

Detailed Description and Job QualificationsAs a member of the Global Events Creative Design team, your focus will be to ideate design concepts, build out Oracle brand assets, and develop visually compelling & strategic communications supporting our Global Events and Events team. You will work closely with the marketing and events teams to create and bring ideas to life that help drive customer engagement for Oracle, while constantly pushing creative boundaries to create truly impactful experiences for our customers.Core responsibilities: Work directly with Executive Creative Director to define the creative concept and execute them from start to finish Build brand assets across the Global Events portfolio and guidelines Bring fresh creative ideas to the table that is strategic and differentiated Design across a variety of touchpoints: web, print, infographics, video, display, and merchandise Present and persuade cross org stakeholders Lead and collaborate with creative designers, production designers and vendors to make sure your work is executed at the highest barBASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years professional experience in related field advertising or graphic design with proven agency and/or in-house experience Award winning portfolio of work Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Ability to combine business strategy, brand strategy, and customer insight to create compelling experiential events Ability to adapt to change quickly and work in both structured and changing environments Must be comfortable presenting ideas to senior level stakeholders, receptive of feedback, and quick to apply changes Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage multiple priorities well Have expertise and experience with creating content end-to-end for print media, digital/web and environmental graphics Self-driven and able to be both strategic and execution oriented Superior written, verbal, and visual communication skills; must be able to edit own workCareer Level - IC5Disclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range: from $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
