Receptionist

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist. This role primarily involves engaging with clients, managing phone lines, and handling incoming mail and packages. The workplace is a former motel, repurposed for short term housing solutions, managed by a non-profit organization. Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system. Receive and assist visitors in a detail oriented and courteous manner. Accept and sort mail and packages, ensuring they reach the intended recipients. Display excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients. Maintain organized files and correspondence via email. Schedule appointments and manage the meeting calendar efficiently. Ensure a smooth flow of operations in the reception area.
