Job DescriptionAs Product Management Director, you will lead and oversee the design, development and release of Oracle Subscription Management. You will own the vision, strategic direction and product roadmap, and drive adoption among the customer base. You will directly lead a team of global product managers and work closely with product leadership, engineering, design, QA, business stakeholders and customers to drive the development of our Subscription Management solution in an agile product development life-cycle environmentThe Subscription Management Development team is responsible for the design, development, and release of the Oracle Subscription Management applications. Oracle Subscription Management is a leading SaaS application designed to help our customers transform their business to the subscription economy. It is a comprehensive platform to manage the entire lifecycle of a subscription from launch to revenue including pricing, quoting, order management, billing and revenue recognition. Subscriptions could be SaaS/PaaS services, device based subscriptions, media content, or Equipment as a Service sold in any business model including usage and consumption based billing models.Qualifications
Degree/Major: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in product management with a strong success record, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in leading global teams across international time zones and managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch at scale.
Proven track record of driving product innovation, with understanding of Agile and design thinking methodologies.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
Good functional knowledge of sales and billing applications and supply chain management
Strong knowledge of software development processes (design, testing, packaging and implementation)
Experience in Agile / SCRUM methodology.
Experience with billing products like Zuora, Aria billing, AMDocs, Billing Platform, Oracle BRM etc.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
