One California (https://youtu.be/RrPuiSnALJY?si=pvQgPZ6ZWZM60TPV)ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:In accordance with the mission and philosophy of Dignity Health, the Coordinator is a position that supports the Women’s Imaging Department professional caregivers through the clerical functions related to patient mammogram reports and clinical data input and record. Incumbents in this position shall comply with all applicable laws and rules including the Dignity Health Standards of Conduct and Dignity Health policies and procedures that apply to the job responsibilities, seek guidance when in doubt, promptly report any potential or suspected violation of Dignity Health Standards of Conduct, Dignity Health policy or procedure or applicable laws/regulations and when requested, assist Dignity Health personnel in investigating all allegations of violation. When called upon, the incumbent shall assist in risk evaluation and work collaboratively with facility/entity leaders to implement, monitor and mitigate risk corrective plans outlined by the Compliance program.QualificationsMinimum:

Two (2) years of experience general secretarial or reception experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Completion of annual competencies and unit specific training.

Medical terminology, basic math skills, and computer skills are required.

Ability for strong organizational skills and work in a detail-oriented manner.

Language skills: Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

Mathematical skills: Must have basic math and computer skills as well as the need for memorization

Reason Ability: Ability to define problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to apply commonsense understanding, to carry out instructions, furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
