About the Team The New Restaurant Models team on Merchant S&O innovates fast and capital-light ways to add new restaurant options for our consumers while providing meaningful new revenue streams for our merchant partners. We are testing and building a wide variety of new restaurant formats, from leveraging physical DoorDash kitchens to licensing brands to be prepared by other restaurants. You'll work on delivery-first culinary concepts in collaboration with restaurant partners, vendors, and equipment providers. You will report to the Executive Development Chef.

Recipe Development. Consult with merchant partners to develop and test recipes to be cooked in delivery-first restaurants, making recommendations on process modification, ingredient selection and equipment selection.
