Full time maintenance for Multi-Family Housing

We have an immediate opening for a skilled full time maintenance technician to work at several apartment communities in the Chico and Paradise area. Must be dependable, punctual and able to work independently and/or with others. Must have own tools. Clean and valid driving record, reliable vehicle and insurance required. Necessary skills include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and appliance repair. Ongoing training and certification provided. Must be honest, customer service oriented and very organized. Local professional management company serving the Northstate for over 40 years.
