Part time General building maintenance positioned open for the greater Redding area. Must have own truck/tools/ladders/ business license and insurance or willing to get license and insurance. Minor roof repair, parking lot repair, gutter and window cleaning, exterior/interior paint minor floor repair, mill work, ceiling tile, wire management, desk repair, interior/exterior lighting, plumbing, etc.
Must be experienced and have own truck and tools.
Net 30 pay schedule
1099
