Property Caretaker

This is a year round not seasonal position. Family residence on small acreage, misc. duties but no construction or heavy equipment operation needed. Individual must be emotionally stable with own reliable transportation and a mature understanding of work ethics. Ability to use weed eater, lawn mower and other common property tools and also able to make minor repairs including monitoring of irrigation system.
