Offering a living space trade (RV) including paid electricity, water, satellite T.V., Wi-Fi, propane, (+ some for living expenses) for either a single male or husband/wife team who enjoy quiet country living. Animal-related duties include daily animal feeding and watering, care, handling, grooming, and stall/enclosure cleaning so experience and comfort with animals is a must! Other responsibilities include tack cleaning, housecleaning, arena grooming, jump course set-up, hot tub maintenance, painting, gardening, and decorating.
Farmhand duties include general maintenance such as basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry and farm duties such as pressure washing, maintaining and/or planting garden, trimming trees, gutter cleaning, safely burning burn piles, basic farm upkeep, and general repair.
Must love being outdoors and not mind working in hot/dry or cold/wet conditions. Attention to detail is important. Candidates must be in good physical condition as this position requires hard work. Also, candidates need to be self-motivated and trustworthy without being micro-managed. Property is under video surveillance so honesty and integrity is important. Considering English speaking, non-smoking, and drug-free candidates only. Access to property amenities included in position. Additional incentives to be offered occasionally.
