QUALIFICATIONS:
18 years old
Minimum of 1 year construction experience
Understand and follow company safety policies
Must be able to travel and work out of town during the week.
Must be able to report to work on time and work all hours required of the job, including overtime.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
The laborer is responsible for moving material such as lumber, bending rebar, setting up forms, stripping forms, placing concrete, grading, and general clean up on the project.
SKILL, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
Possess the ability to follow instructions as directed by Foreman/Superintendent.
Possess the ability to operate hand tools and power tools such as a hammer, tape measure, pliers, shovel, pick, roto hammer, vibraplate, jack hammer, digging bar, blower, etc.
This is a safety-sensitive position.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Primarily outdoor activity during all seasons.
Work environment also includes work around motor vehicles and moving equipment.
This job position often requires working long hours from early morning to late night.
