QUALIFICATIONS: High energy, committed to excellence and service oriented are all qualities that are essential. Must possess strong problem solving and communication skills. Must have 2-3 years of experience in general maintenance. Must possess a valid Driver’s License and provide a clean 3 year record. Requires weekend, night and holiday work as appropriate.
