Windsor Redding Care Center is looking for full time Dietary Cooks/ Dietary Aides, Must be goal oriented, Team Player, and be able to work in a fast paced environment . If you are interested in applying, please come in and fill out an application.
Dietary Aides: Maintain a clean work environment. Prepare meals and beverages using specific procedures; serve meals using standards to maintain sanitation and quality; store stock appropriately in order to maintain cleanliness and prevent food spoilage; clean assigned dining areas using appropriate procedures; wash dishes and/or utensils according to acceptable standards of practice; carry food containers, stand and walk short distances most of time.
Dietary Cooks: Cook and prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frames; clean and maintains food service areas ; assists in maintaining inventory control; maintain safe work environment; assures that resident's diets are followed; maintain current cleaning lists and highest standards for kitchen cleanliness.
