We are looking to hire a Field Supervisor to oversee crews on FEMA projects in Paradise, CA. The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager who can communicate and interact well with others at all levels. This individual will work 12 hour days Monday - Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A or B with Airbrakes
- 5 years of management experience over 20+ employees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven expertise with logistics management (scheduling, dispatching, driver tickets, etc.)
- Comfortability with technology and phone based apps
- Reliable and able to complete required paperwork on time
- Previous experience with fleet tracking and maintenance
