Our high-end client, an esteemed name in the Hospitality industry, nestled in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe, is currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of their vibrant team.About the Role:In this role, the Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our senior leadership and ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. This role entails a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and superb organizational skills.Your Key Responsibilities would include:

Providing comprehensive support services that ensures outstanding communication and responsiveness.

Handling confidential correspondence, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.

Organizing and coordinating meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities.

Coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining updated itineraries.

Assisting in planning and executing company events and meetings.

Organizing and maintaining files and databases in a confidential manner.

Proactively managing and prioritizing complex calendars.

Preparing reports, documents, and presentations for meetings.

Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry.

Exceptional administrative writing and reporting skills.

Superior knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Exceptional efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.

Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
