The ideal candidate will have a background in outside sales specifically in the Pharmaceutical industry.Compensation - $90K + 30% Bonus (KPI Driven)In this role, you will be responsible for the below tasks/duties!Responsibilities:
Drive all sales efforts to grow Dietary Supplement sales
Achieve sales growth
Responsible for forecasting of sales growth (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually)
Increase knowledge on current trends and customer needs to develop new business opportunities.
Review actual sales results/data to develop action plans to assist with performance gaps.
Requirements:
Education - Bachelors Degree in Business
8 + years of supplement sales growth
Positive Track record in driving Business and Revenue Growth
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong Negotiation Abilities and techniques
Proficient Communication skills
Master of time management - ability to manage multiple projects
