Logistics Coordinator

Description We are in search of a Logistics Coordinator to join our team based in Rancho Cucamonga, California. In this role, you will be managing different aspects of our logistics operations, including the coordination of outbound logistics, handling customer service inquiries, and utilizing various business systems. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Coordinating and scheduling trucks for outbound logistics to ensure efficient delivery of goods. Ensuring the intake of labels and creating necessary shipping documents for smooth operation. Utilizing business systems such as Cargowise, CRM, and ERP for planning and managing resources. Communicating effectively with various stakeholders to facilitate logistics operations. Maintaining customer service standards by promptly resolving inquiries and issues. Ensuring accuracy in billing functions and maintaining up-to-date customer records. Leveraging ERP solutions to optimize logistics operations and improve efficiency. Ensuring compliance with customs regulations during the shipment process. Regularly updating and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
