- Guide user to update passwords on Mobile
- Guide user to sync up or change passwords as needed
- Perform final PC Configuration of PCs if/as necessary
- Reset/unlock users accounts as part of troubleshooting or break/fix.
- Use of any ITSC systems and tools for Break/Fix Purposes
- Perform any other ITSC related activities.
