We serve a diverse client base throughout the Greater Sacramento Area.The Quality Management Nurse is responsible for educating staff and leading performance initiatives. Our QM Nurse will assist in the promotion and maintenance of high quality Home Health patient care and documentation in accordance with Federal and state regulations and The Joint Commission standards. The Quality Management Home Health / Hospice RN position has the opportunity to work remotely about 80% of the time, with occasional office meetings and responsibilities.
