Provide 2nd level help desk support for enterprise, client/server, desktop computer systems, network systems, and business applications
Operate, maintain, and perform repairs on information technology equipment and software
Assist with imaging, set up, and deployment for a PC/Laptop telework deployment and monitor upgrade
Perform complex duties related to troubleshooting, configuring, performing diagnostics and assignment specific desktop and network hardware and software issues and respond appropriately to customer service requests
Operate, maintain and perform repairs personal computers and peripherals
What's Needed?
Knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems including Windows 10; Windows 11 a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
Knowledge of imaging software and automated imaging processes
Ability to lift equipment that weighs up to 50 pounds
Valid California Driver's License, Class C
