Join our client's team as a Project Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring the success of construction projects. Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain project documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking venues and sending out invitations.
Support the procurement process by assisting with vendor selection and contract management.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
Provide general administrative support to the construction department as needed.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
