Hi, Hope you are doing great Role : Sr. Solution Architect (ITSM) and (ITIL) Certified Location : San Jose, CA or Princeton, NJ (Either of the location works) Full Time NOTE : Need Resource to work Onsite. JOB DESCRIPTION
- An experienced ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, SIAM and Process Architect with proven background in consulting, solution designing, project and delivery.
- Experience must include advanced knowledge, understanding, solution constructs, best practices and industry trends around ITSM tools like BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira, Cherwell etc.
- Responsible for designing and improving service management processes availability, security, compliance, SIAM and cross-functional service governance and tools architecture roadmap
- Architect large-scale and long-term transformations by ensuring ITIL standards and best practices for service management like Service Operations, BRM, Supplier Management, SLM, Project, Portfolio and Demand Management and Continuous Service Improvement
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules on ITSM, ITAM, ITBM processes like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Discovery, MID Server, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations and integrations like LDAP, JDBC, SSO, REST API, etc.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating strong complex problem-solving skills.
- Mandatory Certification : ITIL V3 Expert and/ or ITILv4 Foundation
- Any Product Certification around ServiceNow, BMC etc. is desirable
