We are working with a client in the San Diego area who is in need of a Director of Operations. This is a critical role for a leader who is able to mentor and motivate a team to achieve success.The ideal candidate will have a Lean focus and have worked within an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment. This position is technical in nature and will work within high mix, low volume production.Must be savvy working with ERP systems.This is an onsite opportunity. Relocation assistance is available.Must have demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Must have a Bachelor degree, Engineering preferred.This position will oversee production, facilities, and supply chain. Experience in these areas is critical to success.Volt is an equal opportunity employer.
