Job Title: BIM SpecialistJob DescriptionBuild 3D HVAC models using Revit and add-on software Sysque. Coordinate and perform clash detection using Navisworks or Revit if all team members are using Revit. Run online team coordination meetings using Zoom when BCM is the BIM lead, or participate when the BIM lead is by the General Contractor (GC). Review engineering drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications, code requirements, and standards. The ability to take someone's design and make it work.Hard Skills
5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
2+ years of experience with Revit
Experience with Sysque
Experience working with welded and grooved chilled water, heating hot water, condenser water, and refrigerant systems
Soft Skills
Good judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to interpret and create accurate fabrication drawings
Effective communication skills for team coordination
