Production Lead Raw (Swings)

Pay Rate: $21.50 (Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00 pm-11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)At the direction of the department supervisor assists in training employees to work in a safe and efficient mannerAdheres to GMPs and pre-set safety standardsMonitors predetermined quality and safety standards within assigned work areas. report findings to supervisor for follow-upFollows break and lunch schedules as determined by department supervisorFollows rotation schedules as determined by department supervisorStrives to achieve pre-determined plant production goals and schedulesAssists co-workers in performing department job tasks safely and efficientlyAssists in the completion of reports (e.g., production, QC, etc.)Other duties as assigned by the supervisor (i.e., hand out supplies, safety inspections etc.)
