You love to use your unique design sense to develop high-quality, creative, and distinct digital solutions that also harmonize with the work of the others on the team. You are equally comfortable producing code in a text editor and creating graphic assets. You’ll also get to work on the full project from initial ideas to final execution, so you are meticulous in your work. Requirements Requirements:
3+ years experience working on large-scale websites, Jira, and Hubspot.
Hubspot implementation/building new components experience a must
Nice to have: B2B ecomm website, promotions experience
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations. Ability to write in a clear, concise, and organized manner for the intended audience.
Self-Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Ability to set priorities, goals, and timetables to achieve maximum productivity. Strong organizational and planning skills.
Web Content Layout: Must have a flare for well-organized web content layout and the ability to create beautiful pages from wireframes with little art direction.
Marketing: Ability to translate marketing messages into all digital mediums/platforms including social, web and mobile.
Design / UI: Knowledge of design/UI strengths and challenges for the desktop and mobile web, as well as iOS and Android.
Responsive Design: Understanding of responsive design and experience building sites that work well on multiple screen sizes.
Software: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS
