Description We are in search of a UX Product Designer to join our B2B eCommerce client for 6 months, 40hr/wk, fully remote. You will be working on their mobile app and responsible for leading the design of complex user experiences and interfaces, ensuring that the product is intuitive, functional, and visually appealing. This role is a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Drive the design of user experiences and interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and functional. Utilize design thinking methodologies to generate and explore ideas. Collaborate with product management, engineering, and user research teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Prototype design concepts and features, working closely with other designers, product managers, and engineers. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design solutions. Conduct user testing and research to validate design solutions. Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in UX design and technology. Identify and implement emerging technologies and services that can enhance user experience across our digital product portfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and customer needs and inform design decisions. Contribute to a design system that ensures consistency across our products and enables scalability. Manage clear usage guidelines shared among designers and developers. Eliminate existing design inconsistencies and improve future workflows for both designers and developers. Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to improve the design output. Work closely with UX Engineers, Project Managers, and Subject Matter Experts to implement versatile solutions to design challenges.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design or related field Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Confluence, JIRA Familiarity with Android Development is required Experience in AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies Strong knowledge in CSS and Design controls Excellent communication and collaboration skills Must have a strong portfolio showcasing UX design work Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of the latest UX design trends and techniquesInnovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
